Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 small boxes coconut cream pudding (instant)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush crackers and mix melted butter with crackers.
    Set aside. In a different dish, mix pudding with milk; then add 1 quart of ice cream and mix.
    Put cracker crumbs in bottom of cake pan (saving out 1/2 cup for topping).
    Pour pudding mixture on top of crumbs. Top pudding mixture with Cool Whip and sprinkle crumbs on Cool Whip.
    Chill and serve.
    Do not freeze.
