Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (no margarine)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cornstarch
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend butter and sugar; combine with flour and cornstarch mixture.
    Press into a 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until just pale golden in color.
    If baked too long, shortbread will be hard.
    Score into small pieces while still warm.
