Ingredients

1 can beets
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Use 1/2 of liquid in can.
Pour in saucepan.
Mix together vinegar, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil; add beets and butter.
Heat until hot all the way through.
