Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can tomato soup
    dash of pepper
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. quick cooking rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, cook beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic until vegetables are tender.
    Pour off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
