Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1/4 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Boil chicken in
water until tender.
Remove from water and shred all the
meat
from the chicken into a shallow dish. Spread green onion together with the grated ginger on chicken. Add soy sauce to taste (or dash of salt, if you prefer).
Heat oil until hot and pour on top, mixing all the ingredients.
