Coconut Cake With Cream Cheese Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened at room temperature
    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 small box vanilla instant pudding
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/3 c. water
    3 eggs
    12 oz. coconut
    1/4 c. nuts, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients and place in sheet cake pan (greased).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
