Herbed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts, cut in half and boned
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken
    3/4 c. white cooking wine
    1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter, then arrange in 9 x 13 baking dish.
