Creole Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe tomatoes, skinned and chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery and leaves, chopped
    1 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 drops Tabasco
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook, covered, in microwave on High until thickened, about 15 minutes.
    Divide into 1/4 cups in paper baking cups.
    Freeze.
