Cresha(Italian Cheese Bread) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
3 c. grated Italian cheese
7 eggs, large or jumbo
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. cracked pepper
1 large cake yeast
1 1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine flour, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl.
Beat eggs and melted butter, then add to dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Dissolve yeast in warm milk and sugar. Then stir into egg mixture.
Knead as for bread.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Make small or large loaves and let rise again. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
If using small pans, a little less time is needed.
Be sure it has a healthy tan crust.
Enjoy with a meal or between meal snack.
Delicious when toasted.
This is always served for Easter.
