Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
milk
garlic
salt
pepper
Preparation

Pour flour in a bowl and season to taste with garlic, salt and pepper.
Add enough milk to make a dough.
Turn out on lightly floured surface; roll out thin.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch strips and then cut strips into 1-inch rectangles.
When chicken broth is boiling, add dumplings and cook a couple of minutes.
This can be doubled or halved.
