Appetizer Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    4 Egg Beaters (1 carton)
    1 c. liquid Butter Buds
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. lite salt (optional)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and chill for 1 hour.
    Shape into 1-inch balls (no larger) and bake immediately or freeze on a cookie sheet.
    Store frozen balls in a plastic bag.
    Bake 15 minutes at 325\u00b0 or 30 minutes if frozen.
    Yields about 8 dozen balls.
