Tex-Mex Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up frying chicken, skinned
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Arrange chicken pieces, skinned side up, in 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Place onion slices on chicken.
    Pour salsa over chicken.
    Bake for 60 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, basting occasionally.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
