Doris' Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 lb. lean ground ham
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. quick oats (1 minute type)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    In a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan, combine the butter and brown sugar. Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of the juice.
    Spread the pineapple over the butter and brown sugar.
    Combine the reserved juice and the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Press into prepared pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Invert the loaf to serve.
    Serves 6.
