Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 large onion, sliced in rings
    3 c. sauerkraut
Preparation
    Blend first 4 ingredients first.
    Mix with sauerkraut.
    Add other ingredients and toss.
    Refrigerate overnight in container with tight cover.
    Stores 2 to 3 weeks.
    Run cold water over sauerkraut to remove salt.
    Drain good before using.
