Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rice
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 medium bell peppers
    2 medium onions
    6 eggs
    chopped meat (chicken, beef, shrimp, etc.)
    soy sauce to taste
Preparation
    Cook rice from directions on package.
    Set aside.
    In a wok or frying pan, pour enough oil to cover bottom of pan; heat until hot.
    Add meat and peppers, cooking until tender.
    Add onions and lower heat.
