Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. canned milk
    3 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash black pepper
    dash cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Parboil peppers in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
    Then cool and stuff with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
