Fresh Fruit Pie(Berries) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 to 1 c. crushed berries
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Dissolve, stirring, water, sugar and cornstarch.
Blend together.
Add crushed berries.
Heat mixture slowly.
When just warm, add 1 teaspoon vinegar and continue heating until thickened and clear.
Place fresh berries in a baked pie shell; pour glaze over them.
Top with a meringue and brown quickly or top with whipped cream or any other whipped topping.
