Fresh Apple Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. apples (unpeeled), chopped
Preparation

Beat egg.
Stir in milk, melted margarine, sugar, salt, lemon juice and vanilla.
Sift together cinnamon, flour and baking powder.
Stir into milk mixture just until blended.
Do not overmix.
Fold in apples.
Fill well-greased muffin tins about 2/3 full.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, or until brown.
