Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. potatoes
    2 1/2 c. milk
    chopped parsley
    1 1/2 c. carrots
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan.
    Add onion; saute until tender.
    Add water, bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, potatoes and carrots.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
    Add cooled cubed chicken and simmer 5 more minutes until vegetables are tender.
    Combine flour in 1/2 cup milk.
    Add to vegetables and chicken.
    Add remaining 2 cups milk.
    Cook until thickens.
