Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
oil for frying wings
1 stick melted butter
1/2 c. hot sauce
1 tsp. each: garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper and white pepper
Preparation

Fry wings until very done and brown.
Drain on paper towel. Combine red wine vinegar, catsup, hot sauce and seasonings.
Set aside.
