Potato Cheese Casserole(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 serving size) pkg. mashed potato buds (Idaho)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 beaten egg
    1/3 c. chopped onion or dried onion
    1/4 c. chopped pimento (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Follow directions on flaked potato package.
    Then add softened cream cheese.
    Add into hot mashed potatoes.
    Add beaten egg, onion, pimento, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown.
    Bake in a greased casserole (I use margarine).
    This may be made a day ahead and refrigerated until needed.
