Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
1 lb. shortening
1 egg
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Blend flour and shortening together.
Break egg into cup and beat.
Add water to make 1 cup and then mix in vinegar and salt. Add to flour mixture and blend with fork.
Seal dough in plastic bag and put in refrigerator until ready to use.
Keeps for 2 months.
