Penuche(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oleo, melted
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Use a 2-quart Pyrex bowl and microwave the oleo until melted (1 minute).
    Stir in sugar until dissolved.
    Stir in milk and return to microwave for 11 minutes on High.
    Stop every 2 minutes and stir.
    After 11 minutes, remove and stir in vanilla and beat with a wooden spoon for 3 minutes.
    Fold in nuts and put in a buttered square pan.
    Cool for 20 minutes and then put in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
    Take out and cut into squares.
