Pancit(Rice Noodles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head cabbage, thinly shredded
    1 pkg. rice noodles
    2 cloves garlic (whole)
    1 onion
    carrots, celery and bell pepper
    meat of choice
    1 bouillon cube (beef or chicken)
Preparation
    Brown garlic, onion, carrots and celery in 1 tablespoon hot grease.
    Add meat and dissolve in (1 cup) hot water the bouillon cube.
    Add cabbage and noodles and cover with water.
    Steam until noodles are limp and soft.
