Foolproof Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix together flour, shortening, sugar and salt.
    In separate bowl, mix together vinegar, egg and water.
    Combine all ingredients and chill at least 15 minutes.
    Yield:
    3 (9-inch) pie crusts.
    Can be refrigerated 3 days or frozen if desired.
