Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large tomato, thickly sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook macaroni as package label directs; drain.
    Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boiling, stirring.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat.
