Southwest Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope fajita seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 yellow or green pepper
    1 zucchini, bias cut
    1/2 small onion, cut in thin wedges
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. frozen corn
    1/2 c. canned black beans
    2/3 c. salsa
Preparation
    For marinade, in a medium mixing bowl combine fajita mix, water and oil.
    Rinse chicken and add to marinade.
    Stir to coat.
    Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
