Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 heads cauliflower
    2 bunches broccoli
    1 (8 to 12 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 small red onion, diced
    1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Wash and drain cauliflower and broccoli well.
    Cut into small bite-size pieces.
    Mix all together and refrigerate for 1/2 day.
