Chicken Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chic-kettes, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    3 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    3/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/3 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cook chic-kette and garlic in margarine over low heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in vegetables.
    Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables are heated, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, stir until melted.
    Serve over rice.
    Top with pecans.
