Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar gradually, beating until thick.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Fill container with milk to fill line.
Freeze in 5-quart freezer.
