Ingredients

3 c. cooked sliced beets
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, cornstarch, butter, water and vinegar.
Cook on low heat until smooth and thick.
Add beets.
Heat thoroughly and serve at once.
