German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon, cut in fine strips
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard
potatoes, cooked and diced
Preparation

Cut bacon fine and fry.
Brown onion in fat; stir in flour, then add other ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Pour over diced hot potatoes and toss.
