Chicken Bake(Individual Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 broiler chicken
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    butter or margarine
    1 carrot, pared
    1 potato, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 slices bacon
Preparation
    Season half broiler with salt, pepper and paprika and place, skin side down, on large, lightly oiled square of heavy-duty foil. Dot with butter or margarine and place vegetables in cavity.
    Top with bacon.
    Add additional seasoning, if desired.
    Seal package and place on medium hot coals for about 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally.
    During the last 15 minutes of cooking time, poke several holes in the foil so the chicken can brown.
