Island Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. carton whipped topping
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. sliced peaches
1 (9-inch) baked crust
cherries for garnish
Preparation

Whip together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Mix in pineapple and then peaches.
Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shell and garnish with cherries.
Chill until serving time. Serves 8 to 10.
