Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 to 3 garlic buds, minced
    3 to 5 lb. chicken wings
Preparation
    Combine marinade ingredients, whisking together thoroughly in a large bowl. Cut tips from wings and discard. Cut wings at joint. Add wings to marinade.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 days. Stir a couple of times each day.
    Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
    Place wings in a single layer on sheet. Cook for at least 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
