Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. Kraft caramels
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix butter, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and cake mix together. Spread half of batter in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake for 5 to 8 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Melt caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk and drizzle over the baked batter.
    Then sprinkle pecans and chocolate chips over the caramel mixture.
    Drop batches of remaining batter on top and then bake 18 to 20 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
