Ingredients

1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. water
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. raisins
1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 eggs
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine and mix all ingredients (except rice).
Add mixture to rice; bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes until light golden brown.
