Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 apple, chopped
12 c. soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Saute sausage.
Add butter, onion, celery and apple.
Add 1/2 of bread crumbs with the seasonings.
Mix well.
Add rest of crumbs, raisins and pecans.
