Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (15 oz.) pineapple chunks (undrained)
1 large green pepper, cut in strips
1 small onion, sliced in rings
4 pieces boned, skinless chicken breasts (1/2 to 3/4 lb.)
1/4 c. butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 small can water chestnuts
Preparation

Combine first three ingredients.
Stir well.
Gradually add vinegar and soy sauce, stirring until cornstarch mixture is dissolved.
Stir in pineapple, green pepper, onion, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Set aside.
