Rice Pilaf With Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bacon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. long grain rice
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 to 8 fresh mushrooms, chopped
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Brown bacon in large frypan; drain and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms in same pan.
    Drain and pour off grease.
    In same pan, heat 2 cups water and 2 cubes bouillon.
    Add rice and peas; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, until rice is tender.
    Add drained onion, garlic, mushrooms and crumbled bacon.
    Serve.
