Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. (1/8 c.) olive oil or other oil
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine warm water and sugar; add yeast.
Set aside.
In large bowl, place flour, salt and oil.
Wait until yeast mixture has risen (thick and frothy).
Add yeast mixture to flour mixture and knead.
Add a small amount of extra flour, if needed.
The goal is to have a well-mixed dry dough.
