Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed bananas
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix sour cream with baking soda.
Set aside.
Put butter into a large mixing bowl.
Add sugar.
Beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating until well mixed.
Add flour and bananas to the batter, using electric mixer set at low speed.
Add sour cream and mix it with rubber spatula.
Put into greased and floured loaf pan.
(Pam is good to use.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
Use loaf pan.
