Garlic Croutons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread
    1 clove garlic
    oleo
Preparation
    Cut the bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Mince the garlic.
    Saute the garlic in the oleo.
    Add the cubed bread, stirring and tossing until bread is a golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels and store in the refrigerator in a jar.
