Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped ham
    1 fried egg, chopped
    small green onion
    soy sauce to taste (not too much)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Wash and cook rice.
    Cool, not too wet.
    Heat oil in frypan or wok.
    Fry rice with medium heat for short time; keep stirring. Add soy sauce and salt.
    Stir.
    Add ham and onion and stir for 5 minutes.
    Remove to platter.
    Place chopped egg on top.
    Serves 3.
