Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops (1 1/2-inches thick)
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. cooked brown wild rice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. shredded aged Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    With a sharp knife, make a pocket in each chop.
    Cook onion in butter until done.
    Add all other ingredients to onion and mix well.
    Stuff chops with rice mixture, salt and pepper to taste and place chops in a roasting pan.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and continue to bake 15 minutes more.
