Grilled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. salmon fillet
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 Tbsp. fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine garlic, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
    Rub over salmon.
    Let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. Grill for 7 to 10 minutes per side or bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with roasted red potatoes with parsley.
    Serves 4.
