Charlie Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
1 can tomatoes
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt/powder
2 Tbsp. tomato paste or juice
2 green peppers, cut in 1-inch strips
2 onions, cut into 8 wedges
2 Tbsp. oil
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut meat in 1-inch wide strips.
Saute meat in butter and oil quickly.
Take out; salt and pepper lightly.
Saute mushrooms and add to meat.
Saute onions and peppers 2 minutes.
Add to meat. Add tomatoes, vinegar, soy sauce and tomato paste to pan and bring to a boil.
Pour over meat.
Toss lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
