Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, squeeze dry
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup and recipe mix
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 chopped green onions
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, chopped
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine and bring to a boil.
    Let cool and pour over cucumbers and onions.
    Put in freezer.
    Could keep in refrigerator and use. Both ways are very good.
