Easy Orzo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. bacon, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth (condensed)
    1 c. water
    1 1/4 c. orzo (uncooked)
    1/4 c. parsley
Preparation
    Brown bacon until crisp; drain.
    Add onion and mushrooms; cook until tender.
    Add chicken broth and water; bring to a boil.
    Stir in orzo and parsley; return to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until orzo is tender.
