Devil'S Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. soft oleo
    1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
    2 c. flour (not sifted)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat sugar and eggs.
    Add oleo, salt and vanilla; continue beating.
    Add buttermilk, cocoa, flour and baking soda.
    Add boiling water.
    Bake in 2 greased 9-inch pans or 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
